We have seen plenty of remakes in recent years and now in
2013 one more is coming, that is none other than Amitabh’s Smashing hit Zanzeer. The remake is named with Zanzeer only and it’s filming under the
direction of Apoorva Lakhia. Apoorva has showed his talent with power packed
Shootout at Lokhandwala. Zanzeer will star Ram Charan Teja (son of Chiranjeevi)
for the role of Amitabh Bachchan and Priyanka Chopra will play Jaya Bachchan.
The legendary role of Sher Khan; which was played by Praan, will be played by
Sanjay Dutt. Prakash Raj will play a villain Teja and Mahie Gill will be Mona
Darling. The film is supposed to be released in May 2013 and we may see Amitabh
Bachchan doing a small cameo in a film. Zanzeer is being made in two versions,
one is Hindi and another is Telugu. Sonu Sood will play Sher Khan in Telugu
version and rest of the cast would be same. The first look of film is published;
let’s see how it serves us.
